Case summary

The player from Australia had deposited nearly AUD$20, which had increased to over $70 after meeting the wagering requirements. Despite passing verification quickly, the casino's support had rejected all requested bank statement proofs. The complaint was resolved when the player confirmed that he had withdrawn from the merchant. We appreciated his cooperation and marked the complaint as 'resolved' in our system.

Deposited just under AUD$20 , grew to over $50 and now over $70 by enough wagers to fulfill 3x deposit requirement. Initial deposits Neosurf (twice a few weeks ago), Bitcoin (yesterday) and newly added Apple (today). Not once did my card details pass directly through their affiliated virtual payment gateways. Support rejecting all requested bank statement proofs despite passing verification within 48hrs of registration (see pics).. no slots, just live table games up over 3x my last two deposits combined smh.. likely scam lol (ongoing dispute)
