Hello, so I have been trying to withdraw my money from my account for 2 weeks now. The problem was that I was worried about scamming on this site so I used a fake name… probably a mistake. I then asked to change my info to the REAL info, yet they never changed it. I’ve sent them every document possible, yet they still have not answered me or approved my withdrawal. I don’t know what else to do to show them that I am the person that deposited the money. They told me on the phone a few days ago that once I send in the card that was on the account, I can withdraw and then close my account. Yet I received no confirmation.

Could you please advise since when exactly is the verification process ongoing? When did you inform the casino about the fake details? Is there any proof that they approved the change of details?
Please note that using fake details is strictly against the casino terms and the casino has the right to void any balance on your account and ban you forever.
