According to Vulkan.bet rules as far as I can tell withdrawals of up to 300 USD as processed in 1 day and withdrawal of 301-1500 USD are to be processed in up to 5 days. On Sunday 5 days ago I submitted a withdrawal of 3000 PLN (about 750 USD). After a little more than a day I got an email from Vulkan.bet support telling my that for technical reasons they can not process withdrawals of over 1000 PLN at the moment and I should instead submit multiple withdrawals for 1000 PLN and they would be expedited so that's what I did. After two days one of the requests got processed, one got cancelled with no explanation and one is still showing up as new after almost a week. I tried contacting chat support mostly to ask about the reason why my withdrawal request got cancelled again with no explanation. First time I made contact with support I was told that they sent a request for clarification to financial department and I should start another cash in about an hour. That's what I did and was told that they still didn't hear back and I should come back in 2-3 hours. Next time I was told to come back the next day. I tried in the morning and in the evening and I got barely any information from the support, but I was told they count their 5 day withdrawal from the moment I submitted my new one after they cancelled my 1st one even thought its below 300 USD now. So now that they cancelled another one of my withdrawal this time not even sending me an email informing me of that (I had to login to my account and go to payment history to even know it was cancelled), it looks to me like they can cancel my withdrawals and force me to submit new ones indefinitely without even providing me any answers to why are my requests getting cancelled.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
