My name its Vasile and I would like to help me to solve a dispute Spinstar casino. It's over 3 weeks since I did a withdrawal and still not payed out. I speak with a costumer service and he is keep telling me "i dont have any updates regarding your situation ".... I provide them all the things what they asked for and still nothing...I'm very disappointed because i never meet a scam casino... searching on Internet what i can do about this situation i found out about you guys...I would really love to hear back from you. I didn't do any withdraw before this was my first one, I deposit q250 euro and I withdraw 1000

I pass successfully kyc

I accumulate my winnings without any active bonus

I want to let u know the fact on 01 April the casino return my funds in my gamming account due to technical reasons in order for my to create a new withdraw which I did straight away. I got a email yesterday morning telling me my money are on the way(same like last time) but from the support team side I didn't get any info)

Ps: I deposit 1250 euro and I try to withdraw 1000.

Yesterday they again transfer the money I my gaming account , technical reasons they said to me , and I prefer to lose it in the game , just to close this chapter because was already more than 5 weeks. Anyway this site it's a scam...thanks very much for all your support
