hey team i hope you guys can help. i been playing in a lot of casinos and been hunting for a good new casino found wiggo with a NON wagering bonus so i played (see below deposits) the usual slots and normally in all vip casinos i been playing slots if there is a bonus max it would be already set as in you wouldnt be able to bet higher. (i been playing bigger bass etc- they have casinos with a set up max bet)

long story short i made 2800 asking for a withdrawl and after another 2200 both where just deleted with this message :

anyhow when playing a double as in 100 getting 200 you can delete the bonus and still pay my money right? i been playing live and after asking for 2800 and a while getting 2200 again about to withdrawl all the money was removed due to breach of terms. how is it legal to offer a service and than claim its illegal? for us in europe that cant be right. am i correct and i should ask for a settlement or lawyer or what should i do. really apreaciate any help and offer reward on any lawyer wanting to take that case if necs.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about the issue and understand your frustration. I carefully checked the Bonus Terms on the website, and this is what I found (here):


„3. General Bonus Terms

...

3.7 All games have a maximum betting limit of €4/4$/40NOK per game round/spin during the time that a bonus is active on the player's account. This applies the entire time that the bonus is active on the player's account as long as nothing else is stated. Violation of this rule will forfeit the bonus and any winnings resulting from the bonus or other games that where completed during the bonus period."


We would like to see casinos implementing systems that would prevent players from placing higher than allowed bets, but, unfortunately, this is not standard practice yet.
