The Vulcan Vegas Casino is a fake impostor, luring clients into believing they are Vulkan Vegas casino. They promise players huge payments and when players win, the fake casino refuses to make payments but keep demanding additional deposits over and over before their winnings can be processed. Attached are the details of my account involved and a copy of the chat with their "one man" support team/ company. Close them down before it gets bad. Is it an internal casino system issue, or it’s related to your account only?

Thank you Petronela. My account has been successfully verified.


After I played and won, I initiated my withdrawal ,only to be informed I had to pay 9% of the amount I was withdrawing and this was necessary because it is standard practice and the 9% was going to be used as processing fee for my withdrawal. I paid the said amount and requested that the withdrawal be processed. After 4 hours, I got a notice from the support chat that the withdrawal was processed, and I was sent a cropped image of the "processed withdrawal", only to realize the visa card number I keyed into the system was not what the payment was made to. After drawing the support's attention to it, I was asked to pay another 7% of the amount I was withdrawing for them to reverse the process, meanwhile I had an excess of over $4000 in the account from which they could deduct whatever they needed. The support's response was highly unprofessional and I saw the process as a scheme to take away money from the unwary. Till today, I have not received an email nor any official communique regarding my withdrawal and all the other withdrawals have also no been attended to.


This issue is not relating to only my account but other players who are my friends complained, I think it is an internal casino system issue.


Can you please confirm if the Vulcan Vegas Casino is a duly registered casino?

I've checked the situation, and I am afraid that because the casino is operating without an official license and the casino is non-responsive, we can't help you. Your complaint will be published and harm the casino's already not-so-good reputation. We must close your case as unresolved.

Because it is evident that the casino is not a real casino and using a system to scam its players, we decided to put this casino on our blacklist.


As a warning to other players - do not pay any withdrawal fees when the casino asks you to do so. All fees should be always deducted from the money you are trying to withdraw.
