The player from Hungary has difficulty withdrawing his winnings from Unibet Casino. After transferring a considerable amount to his bank account, he was informed that he would only receive a portion of it, with the casino claiming a violation of their policy. We were forced to reject this complaint because the player focused only on sports betting.

I used my Unibet account under my name (Marcell H***). On 10 May I transferred mostly of my balance from my Unibet account to my bank account (700 000 HUF) and I left approximately 30-40 000 HUF on my account to be able to gamble. On 15 May, after I submitted all the necessary information about my personal identity for authentication, I was informed that I will get only 250 000 HUF (same amount of money I paid in to gamble) and I won't get the rest of if. The referred to a shady reasoning, stating that I violated their policy. This account was under my name, everything on this account belonged to me, so I don't think I violated their policy.

Thank you for dealing with my case, of course, I will answer to your questions.


I focused on sports betting (exclusively on table tennis - Czech Liga Pro).

Only 1 time, I accepted a bonus (and lost almost 70 000 HUF trying to fulfill the bonus…) and since then, I have nevet accepted a bonus, cause I did not want to lose more money ( If I remember correctly).
