They kept sending me constant emails with $10 free play to play rival slots so I play them every time like I do all the casinos that send me free stuff and winning up my rule is I signed up and when I finally win I'll make a deposit of half of what I want and I'll start playing there every casino I've ever won at since November which is 21 of them has paid out how many times I've done free play without depositing they tell me it's been 30 days since I signed up no depositing that I know not allowed to collect and that the max cash out to $250 was like I was just trying to collect $100 I told her I got 253 so it covers it then she tried to raise it higher then they told me I got to make a deposit and win some on my own money I can't even collect on the money because it's no longer valid money I just got the email today and one today they are a rip off and she hung up on me because I told her I'm going to put it on the Facebook and complain about itI tried to screenshot my conversation and they kicked me out of the conversation and now I can't even access the website

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. I have checked the general bonus terms and conditions, and this is what I found (here):


6.8. Free bonuses (Comps, Free Chips, converted Comp Points or any other non-deposit bonuses) are playable bonuses awarded to players so they may play free of charge. Free bonuses have a different wagering requirement than other bonuses, and have a fixed withdrawal limit of no more than 100 Credits (100 $,€,£,AUD, or 1000 ZAR). Any remaining or extra balance is 'Non-Withdrawable' and is to be cleared from a player's balance. Each player is allowed to withdraw winnings from a free bonus only once during his/her gaming lifetime unless specifically approved by the casino manager.
6.9. A player who has never made a deposit and wishes to withdraw a free chip win, is required to first make one successful minimum deposit of 25.00 ($,€,£,AUD, or 250 ZAR). This first deposit amount is not allowed to be withdrawn or added to an existing pending withdrawal. If added to an existing withdrawal, the amount will be deducted from the total withdrawal amount. A player who has previously made a successful deposit and is now wishing to withdraw a free chip win, is required to have deposited within the last 30 days in order for the withdrawal to be approved and the deposit cannot be added to an existing pending withdrawal. If added to an existing withdrawal, the amount will be deducted from the total withdrawal amount. Free Bonuses (Free Chips) have a wagering requirement of 35X to 100X unless otherwise specified


Do I understand correctly that you haven't placed any real money deposit previously in this casino? If that's the case, I'm afraid you won't be entitled to your free bonus winnings. Casinos try to design their bonuses to be as attractive as possible, but the rules must always be followed.
