Even though I understand your point of view, the casino can decide whether they grant you the bonus or not. I checked the bonus T&Cs and I found out, that the bonus is activated by promocode ‘SWIFT’. Did you use this code?

I apologize, but we cannot punish the casino for not granting you a bonus. It is what it is - a bonus, a gift from the casino. And the casino can decide whether you are eligible to receive it or not.
