The player's withdrawal was delayed for over 3 weeks. The casino stated the winnings were paid out but since the player did not confirm not deny it, we were forced to reject the complaint.
I requested it withdrawal of $1100 on the 24th of January it was approved and I haven't received any money.

Yes I'm been verified and this is my second withdraw. It was used with real money.
