Approved for a 500 Bitcoin withdrawal and all I keep hearing from them is that their Bitcoin processors are severely delayed. Now they will not even respond to my emails. Do not send real money to this site. They will never pay you out if you happen to win!

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Do I understand correctly that your payment is still pending inside the account without being processed? Could you please specify how many days ago was your withdrawal requested? Have you been offered any alternative payment method to withdraw your winnings?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it. It has been processed inside of the account . The funds were removed including a management fee that was charged. I only want a Bitcoin payment. The site advertises specifically fast Bitcoin payments. I continue to receive advertisements stating fast Bitcoin withdrawals. They are maliciously and fraudulently encouraging Bitcoin deposits, advertising fast Bitcoin withdrawals and then refusing to honor that type of payout. The withdrawal was approved on October 30 and their terms of service promised a withdrawal within a ten day time frame. This is making me feel like I will never see the money. This site should be shutdown for their fraudulent activity.

I received the Bitcoin withdrawal on the 29th of November and just noticed it earlier today December 6th. Thankful for the payout by Bitcoin although it did take an entire month.
