Ok I won a Sunrise slots casino tournamefree weekly tournament and I won $700 and I deposited into the casino today late last night, today, lost it. Got my Appreciation chip THANKYOUVIP300 Lost that. I played a tournament I won $700. When I went to the my my account,they had already put $700 in my account. It said I had $700 and it was available withdrawal. I checked my messages. There was no messages in my account at Sunrise slots or any email About me winning the tournament or winning them some money in a tournament . So I decided to withdraw $400 and keep $300 in the account. I pressed withdrawal and it says everything‘s good. Your withdrawal is on the way I checked back about an hour later because you know I have to check casinos. I see all this stuff going on in my account and I’m like what in the hell is going on here, first of all I asked to withdraw 400 not 700 and the manager took all 700 of it I thought was weird and then I go to chat, and basically am im told that I needed to do a deposit Because I redeemed my appreciation ship before I won the tournament and that was a freebie… and you can’t have.. I don’t know can’t win a tournament after a freebie I guess. So I’m told that since he took the money, the manager already took the money he wasn’t able to put it back into my account since they don’t have it the power to put money into players account since they put $700 in my account today but they don’t have any way to put money back into my account I have that I download it and I’ll be sending that to you and everything. I’ve got all the information all that stuff. I’ll send you some attachments but ignored me and after all this stuff they completely screwed up I mean even the withdrawal I only asked to withdraw 400 and he withdrew 700. How can he do that , how crooked is this is absolutely the most crooked thing I’ve ever seen in my life you withdraw it and put it back into your account so I’ll send you the stuff. I sent you the chat from the original one that I was asking why he took out 700 when I asked for 400 and then this is what happened after and she said that I needed to make a withdrawal you can see it in the chat lies, and then the next Customer Service guy tells me That he looked at it and it says that I took too many free bonuses in a row and you can see my account I did not lie lie lie lie, and I got this text I sent to you so it probably won’t do anything, but it might help. I mean they’re being blatantly horrible they’re literally saying since I tried to withdraw and they took the money. They can’t put it back in my account literally said that.

I am verified in almost all of their sister casinos as well. I’ve withdrawn from them multiple times and I deposited it today before the tournament was one. It should be in one of the attachments I sent you.

There saying that I played two tournaments in a row, which when they give you seven of them to play in their available, you don’t think that you can’t play two of them in a row because they give you seven of them that you can play in a row they allow it they promote it to do it so they don’t have to pay you if you do win, but on a second note, their sister casino plan at seven owes me $300 and they have locked me out of all their sites including their sister sites so plan the seven I owe me $300 since the 17th or actually 12 September and as soon as they lock me out, I haven’t gotten anything and they like any little insect they went and hid

Hi, I can send you everything that I have from them that I downloaded before they locked me out. They’ve locked me out of all my accounts are actually it’s one account actually it’s through. Inclave.com That deals with all the security and the Passwords login information… I’m pretty sure that this old inclave Is another shell company basically that whoever owns all these Casinos like raging Bull Ruby, slots sunrise planet seven own that company because I believe 90% of the casinos using it. Are those type of casinos same with coin draw I believe these guys own that company to even filter and steal more money from you on the withdrawals because it’s crazy expensive just a withdrawal from these guys so they’ve got all kinds of stuff going on that is not good. I had a chance to review the situation and as stated in the terms and conditions only one free tournament is valid between cash deposits, the win was from the 2nd consecutive free tournament (with a $300 bonus chip between). Unfortunately there will be little I can do to assist in this case.
