I don't understand how this casino can have such a high rating! They have at least two games, the provider is PlaynGo and the games are called Moon Princess and Rise of Olympus!
You can try and play the two games and you will see in potential freespin mode that bonus symbols are used in a completely different way than in other casinos! Of course chance of winning is lower and almost impossible to get freespin on such a false set in game development!

On 22-5 I suspended myself on your website for 3 months. The same day ive asked to unblock my account and I was said that because of new regolations this was not allowed anymore and I had to wait 3 months.

On 25-5 I got a email that I won money in a tournament and I ask to withdraw my remaining balance but I was blocked because of my self exclusion. To my suprise they then reopened my account and foolish as I was I deposit alot of money and ofcourse lost.

The T&C says selfexclusion cannot be lifted as the VIP manager also said. But weirdly enough they did lifted it. I claim a deposit refund but they do not respond.

Be aware they do not take responsible gaming seriously!! And if you complain about it they do not respond.

This casino will ask for your grandmothers proof of addres when you win big 😂
Deposited 500 made 3000 with that ok nice but then after came the sad procces of verifying myself first my id ok no problem send that proof of addres ok also send that then they kept asking me for proof of payment with astropay which is basically impossible to get u can’t get the proof on the app neither on the site so u are stuck in a loophole while waiting for your 3000 withdrawal the support team also doesn’t help they keep saying try web version to find the proof of payment bla bla they dont know themselves where to get this proof so it’s basically all so that I just gamble my profit and they won’t have to pay me out.
