Won some money on this last thursday. I have since then been trying to make a withdrawal. When I didn’t hear anything, and my money did not come I sent a mail. Never got any answer, so I went on the chat, and they told me they needed more documentation. They needed 2 ID, my paychecks, electricity bills, tax etc. I have now sent in everything they ask for, but still no answer. They dont respond om mails, and have to ask chat. Now they havent got any new information for about a week. I havent given up getting my money yet, but dont seem great at the moment.
