So I hit a 18,000 dollar jackpot and was having major issues with them cashing me out. So they suggested that I put the money onto a card called PRC (Players Reward Card). They told me I could withdraw my funds from here. Well they gave me the card number but no expiration date or cvc to ba able to add it virtually to get my funds. The number on this cards site is not in service and when I reach out the casino about it. It says that I can withdraw my funds by adding it to any of the casino the PRC site. One problem with that is I still have had no luck getting any of the money off. I need help in figuring out what to do to get these funds onto a actual card. I also login by Inclave action

Please understand, that the variety and accessibility of payment methods are not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, contracts with the payment providers, and bank restrictions, all have a major influence. If a payment method was available for deposits, it doesn’t mean necessarily, that it will be offered for withdrawals too, also it can be discontinued at any time. Unfortunately, casinos are sometimes powerless and limited in offering payment methods to their customers.

Could you please advise if you have been informed about any alternative method to withdraw your winnings? Was your account verified successfully in the past?

Yes and yes. This was my alternative payment option since Bitcoin was taking months for them to pay me out. I still have access to this card but no way to be able to take the money off this card unless I fund sunrise again and wait months for my payment and argue with them over and over and over again. So is there a way you guys could contact the players reward card website because when I do it says that the number is disconnected so I don't know what to do or how to get a hold of them and when I send an email they never respond back
