The player from Norway has been waiting for his winnings for a month. Even though we assumed that the issue had been resolved, without a confirmation from the player, we were forced to reject this complaint.
I have requested my withdrawal and talked with chat. They removed the possibility to contact chat.
I sent an email and they told me that the money would come, but they did not know when. Its been almost a month and I still dont see any money.

I tried to withdraw the 19th of October to Mifinity.
They removed my ability to talk with chat inside the website. But I did get a response on email.

There is still some delays on withdrawals. The player can have a look at the following link, where he can find some official announcement information and company updates. I hope this clariefies the situation a little. I know it is very frustarting to wait for the money, but please note - things are worked on and will be fixed soon.
