The verified player from Germany complained that after 3 weeks of the withdrawal request, his withdrawal was not processed. The player finally received the payment 2 weeks after the complaint was made. The complaint has been resolved.
Customer service does not respond to emails. A payout of around € 1,000 has been open for over 3 weeks. I even verified my account. For me the site is quite simply a scam.
