Hello my name coeghacked

I want to tell when my withdrawal was rejected by CSlotv Casino.

it happened like this, my friend asked a site to play slots and I told him to play on cslotv. he tried to register there after registering he did not play for reasons of needing kyc before making withdrawals, I told him this would be. then on February 4, 2020 I made a 38.28 $ doge coin deposit and playing tome of madness provider play and go i won 156.33 USD i withdraw and waiting almost 1 hours they rejected me. After i contact the live support they say for waiting after waiting one hours om still cant withdraw. I got rage so i playing again on play and go and lost all. After lose all they banned me for some minutes. When my account wae unbanned they say i can withdraw anymore. I lose more than 153 USD since i register on cslotv and sometimes i can withdraw, i know this gambling you can win and you can lose, but i can afford it. So of something like this i cannot afford. Im done with KYC and im never claim bonus frrespin. Just one time i claime free spin with deposit more than 20$.

They just wont let player win more than player deposit. If this problem still happen IM not back to Cslotv.

Before this problem im never get problem . Deposit and withdraw always processing.

Cslotv only casino i playing with problem. Withdraw take so long and many times maybe every withdraw you need waiting more than 1 hours. Well i need finding new eebsite with auto withdraw and not stupid rules like that. thanks for help casino guru

Dear Coeghacked,
The fact is that we have found that you had a duplicate account and started checking, of which you were notified by an email and the withdrawal was temporarily blocked.
On the same day 4.02 the checking was completed, the duplicate account was blocked and the withdrawal of funds became available for you.

Yeah why you not blocked before i deposit ? Why you blocked me after i won on some game ?

just one time i claimed free spin with deposit and got nothing. I deposit i play i win and i lose i can afford it.

but something like this i cannot afford.

If I understood it correctly, the problem has been resolved the same day. Process of verification, either for KYC purposes or in case of any suspicion, takes few working days. In this specific case, it has been done in a few hours and your balance became available for withdrawing. I’m not sure how to proceed further.
