It has been well past the time to pay out the withdrawal, what worries me is I also have two other Bitcoin withdrawals for $2,500 a piece. It has been 13 business days and still no approval process has been completed.

I did use a bonus but I have made one withdrawal from that bonus all ready which was paid out. I honestly don’t know how long I have been verified. I spoke to the Casino last Wednesday I believe. They told me there has been a lot of winners and they are behind.
Just so you are aware, I now have a $2,500 withdrawal that is past the 7 day process.
My $500 withdrawal was approved, now I guess another 3 weeks and they will pay it out.

I can see that all requested withdrawal are approved and there were payments released (and confirmed delivered in Blockchain Explorer) on the 3rd of April and the 20th of April. It appears an additional payment is yet due and should be released in the coming business days.

I have received all but one payment. Thank you for your help in this matter.
Well it’s Thursday and no deposit which means today is the tenth day, they told me to come back tomorrow to escalate it. They don’t make withdrawals over the weekend so a Monday at earliest at this point. That’s why I will never make big deposits to them biggest of their turn around time. Other casinos I can deposit a couple thousand and more than like only get half my money bag but at-least my withdrawal only takes 24 hours.
So just an update today the representatives said even though it’s been ten business days they can not escalate it until next Friday May 5th. It’s almost like asking you guys for help hurt the timeline. Kinda like I am being punished on the last withdrawal. I want to thank you for helping with the first ones they got to me sooner than normal. But now the last one is going to be pushed.
