I read your web site and the reviews and

could not believe they are starting to give me the run around to not send me my winnings of $2500. It been 11 days and all I get is tomorrow they will approve it even thought they sent

you a congratulations email on your winnings they they send you another email that they can’t process your withdraw even thou I played with Bitcoin. Now even today the customer service reps are short to answer and they they cut you off. Because I start asking for my withdraw. The only thing I did was be a loyal customer only for them to begin to play these games. Trying everything posible to withhold my winnings of $2500. This is a crime and a travesty knowing they a willfully trying to keep their loyal customers in the dark about their winnings. I just started reading the reviews and yes it’s true their giving me the run around I sent them emails to the help email, I try to chat with their reps everyday and the same story No approved yet. If you are a Slots of Vegas player think twice before you win they will entice you with big bonuses and then break all your will power when you find out your winnings are not attainable they are a smoke a mirror show where they will flash the golden carrot just to kick you in the face and make you feel like an idiot because you had the whereabouts to enjoy your winnings it’s stuff like this that really hurts online gaming for all web site this has to be better regulated and enforce by a comisión but Slot of Vegas is a major contributor for people to lose their money what a Ponzi scam I guess I have to get ready for all their lies and smoke and pony show just to discourage me to give up in asking for my withdraw of $2500. My recommendations don’t play a dime till they can prove they are reputable enough to payout their customers. Please think before you play with Slots of Vegas it not ethical what they are doing.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.

Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved by the casino, still, if you don’t receive your winnings by then, please, let us know and we will try to help you.

I will be patient 14 days but you need to understand you policy states 7 to 10 days but once it exceed the timeline your customers get frustrated and upset because the expectation is only the best for an establishment like yours I don’t want to be confrontational or a bearer of bad news but if you don’t identify an issues then it start to become a common practice then if that’s the case change the language on your website at least consumers are open knowingly they have to wait more then the allocated time thank you for your Patience and your Time and I appreciate you responding to this complaint it gives me hope that you do care about your Loyal customer I’ll be in standby for 4 additional business days then I will make an attempt to get a status update have a wonderful day and once again thank you for your respond.

Status update yesterday I did see that they approved the funding now according to their web site it should hit my Bitcoin account another seven days so as of now I’m in standby to get it finally settled I’m keeping my fingers crossed as the would say in anticipation to settle this case and I could say Thank you to Casino Guru for your assistance and I will give credit where credit is due and Thank Slots of Vegas but until it hits my account you can’t count your eggs to they hatch.

Well I’m still waiting for my withdraw today is the seven day after it got approved it has not hit my account so I’m in stand by but it been over a month since this whole process has begun I’m sorry I did not respond in a timely matter but I will definitely give you a status update let me send them an email to see what they say,

update so I just them a message and I was told once again my account got escalated what ever that means. I have no idea I believe this is the second or third time my account got escalated so their you have it they will give you appeasing line to control your anger in the mean time prolonging your payment how do they get away with this I baffles my mind but I don’t know who is worse is or them for believing in these companies to payout in a timely fashion.I’m learning my lesson the hard way that why I hope Casino GuRu can apply some pleasure to hold these people accountable for their actions thank you for a platform to inform consumers where to best play their hard earn money.

I have a question I don’t know if anyone has been asked to send the rep your Bitcoin address again, But I felt uncomfortable because if they already approved your withdraw why would I have to resend my Bitcoin address. I told the agent to use the same one I sent. Is this normal or are they trying to play tricks on me I don’t get it . Please advise.

Okay today Is the last day of the 7-10 day waiting period after you already waited seven to 10 days to finally get my with draw I’m either going to write a review that they keep their word it took for ever, Or I will have to write a review disgracing their business practice, I’m worried they won’t pay out in which I will be extremely disappointed because they don’t follow their own guidelines I reached out to their customer service and I was told to give them 24 hours to be deposited into my back account let wait and see. I finally have the update! Slot of Vegas has failed once again to come thru for their customers. Leaving us with one question what happens now.

  1. who is held accountable for their irresponsible business behavior enticing individuals to play on their web site getting hook on good promotion coupons to later break the spirits of their most loyal customers by promising to pay out at a certain time but that day comes and goes and no one in customer support can do anything to help you.
  2. Leaving you helpless and no where to turn to other than website like Casino Guru to assist those customer to direct them to better options. And hopefully assist you with your withdraw
  3. I ask the question why give a casino a high rating when they fail to pay out their customers the whole entire online casino platform is based on trust and when the trust is broken by one party it is no longer a casino it’s now a scam. And Slot of Vegas has proven they are not worthy to hold the title of a online casino rather than the right title the online scam when they fail to uphold their end of the bargain agreement.
  4. They are not held liable I hope they pay me out but the time frame has come and gone their empty promise means nothing and their customer support team knows the truth but are force to lie and cover up for their bosses which I don’t blame them but that makes them an accomplice to the crime they sure do everything possible to take your deposit but they will do everything possible not to pay you,
  5. You choose take Casino Gurus advise and allow him to direct you towards safer casinos who are not predators.
  6. I fell sorry for everyone in that website at first everything will go fine your VIP status will be removed and now they know they got you hooked and that who they begin to attack your emotions by withholding your winnings it’s true and sad it’s been more than a month but their a bunch of hog wash who can’t keep their end of the bargain good luck and hopefully one day I can say they paid me out until then I must warn people to be careful where you invest your hard earn money.

Final update after many emails and many request I finally got my money. As a consumer I want to thank Slots of Vegas for coming thru and paying out a little late but you paid out and I want to thank you for that you put a little bit of trust back in your casino.
