I made a deposit with BTC and won over $1000. I made a withdrawal request of $800 on March 30, 2023. My account had been verified. My winnings were not paid out and the casino will not respond to my emails. I notice that there are withdrawals that I did not request, and all my money is gone from my account. Please assist with this issue.

Dear badboi80843,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your negative experience with Slots of Vegas Casino.

Please allow me to ask you a few questions, so I can better understand the situation. Also please note the managerial withdrawal mentioned in your activity list seems to indicate your funds were confiscated by the casino.

  • Could you please advise how long were you a player of the casino?
  • Do I understand correctly your winnings come from a no-deposit bonus?
  • Did the casino give you any feedback on why your casino balance was reduced?

Thank you very much in advance for your reply.

Best regards,

Tomas

No sir. No explanation or response. I see that there was a bonus involved, but then they asked for my deposit.filefile

Could you please share your history from before the 30th of March? Did you deposit prior to redeeming the 'CBHEIST' coupon or did you redeem any other no-deposit bonus first?

Please let me know. I'll await your reply.

Sure, I just recently went here after discovering that they had a "good" rating.

I checked the casino terms and conditions and found this: https://www.slotsofvegas.com/terms.php

Players cannot redeem multiple free bonuses consecutively. If you have redeemed one No Deposit Bonus and are subsequently offered another one, a real-money deposit needs to have been made in the interim for you to be eligible to withdrawal the second No Deposit Bonus.

Unfortunately, if you haven't made a real money deposit in between the coupons 'CBHEIST' and 'THEGODS'

you won't be eligible for winnings from the no-deposit bonus that is second in line.

Please let me know if I overlooked any information, but it seems the casino acted according to their terms and conditions.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

What do you mean? I made deposits. I didn't violate any rules. I deposited and won fair and square, with bonus yes. Playthrough completed.

Furthermore, they had requested I make another deposit to confirm. If they had no intention of paying me, why did they ask for, and received my deposit?

Could you please specify when exactly the casino asked for another deposit and when did you make the deposit?

I'll await your reply.
