I made a deposit with BTC and won over $1000. I made a withdrawal request of $800 on March 30, 2023. My account had been verified. My winnings were not paid out and the casino will not respond to my emails. I notice that there are withdrawals that I did not request, and all my money is gone from my account. Players cannot redeem multiple free bonuses consecutively. If you have redeemed one No Deposit Bonus and are subsequently offered another one, a real-money deposit needs to have been made in the interim for you to be eligible to withdrawal the second No Deposit Bonus.
Unfortunately, if you haven't made a real money deposit in between the coupons 'CBHEIST' and 'THEGODS'
you won't be eligible for winnings from the no-deposit bonus that is second in line.

Furthermore, they had requested I make another deposit to confirm. If they had no intention of paying me, why did they ask for, and received my deposit?
