I've been waiting nearly a month to receive a bitcoin withdrawal. On other sites it takes less then 20 min. Everytime I ask for help they tell me 24 to 48 hours. Today I can't even access the site.

Yes I'm verified. I'll upload the last conversation I had with them. It was real money. I've been verified since oct 15th. I also didn't think bitcoin withdrawal would need the information they asked for but I provided everything. It was the 11th that I last talked to them. They said wallet information was incorrect, but they said that the time before as well. Then I was told another 24-48 hours. They said Monday I should have the money. But I haven't gotten it yet.
