I've requested withdrawal from Slots of Vegas. It's for 150 to bitcoin. Im a existing customer that has already sent in identity verification etc This new withdrawal request should have already hit my account. And the slow release of my withdrawal just make me not able to spend money with them

My withdrawal request was for 8/25/2020. This is over 2 weeks ago. And my withdrawal still haven't been submitted to begin processing. And I did my identification verification way back in June. And my verification was approved.
