The player from the United States had reported a delay in his withdrawal request since August 2nd. Despite having adhered to the casino's rules, his withdrawal request had remained unprocessed. He had confirmed that he was not a bonus abuser, as he had made numerous deposits and losses. The Complaints Team had asked for screenshots of his bonus and cashier histories for further investigation. Eventually, the player had confirmed that he received his payment from Slots Garden. We had closed the complaint as 'resolved', and had directed the player to open a separate complaint for another issue with Lucky Legends Casino.

I followed their rules by making sure I redeem coupons inbetween deposit. I finally won with one of their vip free chip and requested a widraw since the 2nd of Aug. Nows its the 18th and still they havent reviewed it. I dont understand?? its only 100. I deposited and lost way more than that and I wasnt complaining. So frustrating

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it. i also have a withdraw from sunrise casino. I requested on july 28, got approved august 8 and still havent recieved my withdraw. is that normal?

I am not a bonus abuser either. I make lots of deposits and lost lots of money as well. Seems like the only money Im able to win and widraw is the bonus money for some reason.

Hi. Guru, you were right and they finally paid me last week. Thank you for your help. Now the last casino I'm having problem withdrawing is Lucky legends. I made a withdraw in august 15 for 200 and still has not been reviewed.
