Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. I checked the general T&Cs and I found this:

4.Players cannot redeem multiple free bonuses consecutively. If you have redeemed one No Deposit Bonus and are subsequently offered another one, a real-money deposit needs to have been made in the interim for you to be eligible to withdrawal the second No Deposit Bonus.



Please note that the vast majority of online casinos prohibit players from activating multiple free bonuses consecutively. In an ideal world, this would be enforced on a software level, however, as of now, as long as the casino states this clearly in its T&Cs, we cannot penalize the casino for confiscating your winnings, nor we are in a position to force the casino to return you the winnings. Therefore, we believe that the casino denied your winnings in compliance with their terms.

I can only recommend that you always check the bonus T&Cs before you activate any offer and keep in mind that casinos usually do not allow this type of bonus use.

I was just wondering why they hold absolutely no fault whatsoever after not 1, 2, 3….but 4 agents tell me multiple times that there was not anything holding me back from claiming the promotion win and to go ahead and submit all of my sensitive and private information? That alone is at the highest level of scam worthy and then to top it off, they accepted a deposit just so they could then deny it based on multiple bonuses…. How on this planet is that in any inch of being my fault? Is this a website that solves legitimate claims or is it more of a sponsor that gets paid to slam the door on honest people and promote bonuses and market whomever pays the most? I sincerely thought if anyone would try to solve this, it would be Guru. Of course multiple bonuses are not allowed and that’s why I made sure they 110% said that I was good to go and then I documented every single word and conversation so they couldn’t do what they did! Please explain.

Thank you for your reply, Cricket682. As you said yourself - you acknowledged the rule's existence and read it in the T&Cs. Yet you still reached out to casino support, and now you seem surprised and betrayed by the confiscation of your winnings. This appears to me as an attempt to gain an advantage over the casino.

I apologize, but we are not able to assist you here. Please, use this as a chance to learn, and refrain from claiming multiple consecutive free bonuses without a deposit if prohibited by the T&Cs. Not even if the support confirms you can. The T&Cs will always prevail.
