My withdrawl is approved over a month ago still they give me excuse after excuse. I've been asked to provide my wallet address they have it and it's submitted with withdrawal request. I provided it and didn't think anything of it until multiple charges hit my wallet from places I don't pay at the fact customer service asks for the address and closes chat immediately after without help is ide say omission of guilt they claim rtg slots what ate the chances of spinning 50 times at 25 cents and winning 1.25 cents well that's possible today on their slot overall the entire list under the company is failing to pay and attempting to steal as much as possible and all consumers should be warned any casino under their umbrella will not pay and isn't using software they claim

Thank you for your reply, Dafdyshark77. I apologize, but could you please clarify whether this complaint is about a delayed payment or attempted charges? Because if the main issue is those charges, I am afraid this falls under the jurisdiction of the police and the payment provider, rather than a mediator like us.
