silver oak does not reply in a very reasonable time frame so if we want the history it would be easier to ask from this platform as they seem to respond better

it has been 2 weeks since I requested the withdrawal. I received an email stating it would be paid out in full but not a time frame.

i have reached out again but have not heard anything. I just wanted to follow up to see when I can expect to see the funds

Please disregard above - Alex with silver oak responded and it is within the window I showed 3/29 but that’s because that’s when i requested it not when they approved it 🙂

I've reviewed the situation and payment was released to our 3rd party payment providers for disbursal as a bank wire transfer on the 24th of April, once payment is made by the casino they generally deliver the funds to the bank account within 10 business days. I would anticipate it's arrival by the end of next week.

Can someone please let me know what’s going on with this? It has been well Past the expected delivery date. I was told it was already approved and released in April. I know we are expecting delays, but what are we looking at and why the delay if they have already sent it for payment - I would understand if there were a lot of withdrawals, but mine was already processed according to Silver Oak chat. 

Someone told me they were escalating it and making it a priority and then I should see it in a few days that was sometime last week. Can you please see that they release the funds to my account as soon as possible, please-

This is very important. I should not have put as much weight on the winnings and expecting them within the month. I have not had this issue yet with Silver Oak like many others have. Please make this a priority.

Apologies once again britterlynne however as I mentioned we rely on 3rd party payment providers to transfer funds to and from our players and once the funds are paid out to them they must complete the transaction on their end. We reached out to the 3rd party on your behalf due to the rather excessive nature of the delay and they have assured us that the payment is forthcoming so let us know when that arrives and we can get to work on the next payment in line for you.

Any update on when this is going to happen. Please keep on them as I feel the squeaky wheel will hopefully get paid out. I don’t want to stop communicating with them until these transactions are all paid out. Perhaps they will get tired of us bothering them and pay it out. It’s been over a month. They have had plenty of time to gather more resources in that time to do payouts. I am not understanding what takes the "3rd party" so long
