Please understand, that the variety and accessibility of payment methods are not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, and contracts with the payment providers and bank restrictions, all have a major influence.

Hi Kristina, yes I have made successful deposits many times at other online casinos using my same Visa card. I’m disappointed as on Shazam’s Casino deposit page, it says Visa cards are accepted so I spoke to chat support about my card being rejected and was told to use a MasterCard or Bit coin wallet instead. I don’t have either of these and feel it’s unfair. I’m now left without knowing what to do, hence why I’m writing here for advice.

Thank you very much for your reply, Angeleys14. Although I understand your frustration, this is not an issue we could further investigate, or help you with. Deposit and withdrawal methods can be updated at any time and the casino has the right to decide which payment methods will be offered. As I mentioned in my previous message, sometimes payment methods are not available due to other factors that may be out of the casino's hands.

I can only advise you to either use another deposit method or look for another casino that will allow you to deposit using a Visa card. I would also recommend that you always consult deposit options with the casino support before registering to ensure that you only create an account at those casinos that support Visa deposits.

Hi Kristina, thank you for your advice. It’s all ok now, support called me from Shazam casino and helped me register a Bitcoin account, I have now made a successful deposit there using Bitcoin method. Thanks again for all your advice : )
