So far I am waiting for my profit of 140 euros, which has also been approved by the casino ... but it has not yet been credited to my bank account, although I have an email from September 2, 2020 regarding the payout! According to the casino, the money would have been paid out to me and in addition the relevant department of the casino should investigate, but according to the agents I have been hearing this and other stories for days and nothing has happened! You have received additional documents from me, i.e. bank statements, to investigate and to prove!

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive your delayed withdrawal.
