The player from South Korea has requested a withdrawal four months ago. It has been pending since. Even if we assumed that the issue has been resolved, without a confirmation from the player, we were forced to reject this complaint.

Waiting for payment since Nov.

Keep getting the run around and stall tactics. Finally withdrawl was approved. But after checking status on payment after waiting 1 month after approval. Payment didnt get sent for payout So Casino promised to escalate for payment. Checked again 5 days later for status, and now casino is saying payment has to be done by bitcoin, and wants me to create an account for bitcoin. Then resend information to them.

Hello,


This was my first withdrawl request. So I have never recieved any funds from them.

As for the bonus, I made deposit to get bonus.

My actual withdrawl was for $650,but they deducted for the bonus. So my final amount came out to $512.


PS

I kept transcripts of conversation with their customer service agent if you need them as well.
