The player from the US has been struggling to receive her bonus winnings. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
Submitted 3 times for the bank withdrawl wire. After being advised this was processing, upon chatting I haven told it was denied and to submit again. I have done this 3 times, with no response of denials. Just submitted for bitcoin withdrawal so we will see. I played through the required amounts on bonus codes, this was won fair and square and is really needed for a car. I feel like I'm jumping through hoops.
