Roobet Casino suspended my accounts because I self excluded myself before for a short time period and then told them about my problem gambling, however i have gotten better since and I now play Gambling for fun only and gambling isn't causing a problem anymore.
I contacted their support and they said they still can’t unsuspend my account and I dont get why, like im responsable, its not like their losing their money, i really miss Roobet.
Hopefully I get my account back.

Could you please advise how the casino informed you about the self-exclusion in the past when you requested it? When did you request the self-exclusion in the past and what reason did you provide for the self-exclusion?

Hello, The reason that i provided the casino with is to take a break as i was kinda getting addicted so i told them and then i wanted to remove my self exclusion, i responded to the questions and they said they cant open it for my well-being, some of the replies i said were not serious i was joking in some so yeah i hope i can get my account back, and dont worry im not addicted, i see gambling as a entertaining thing.

Sadly we cannot help. Our opinion is that the casino should act in order to protect you from gambling if you make them aware of your gambling problem. We will definitely not ask them to reopen your account.
