The player from Ireland is asking the casino for help with retrieving his funds. Unfortunately, the player sent the deposit to incorrect network, therefore we couldn't help.
I withdrew .03526519 of ETH from Binance to Roobet. However I sent it through BEP20. I have texted support and they say they cant do anything and i asked for the private key so I can retrieve the funds however they wont do any thing still.

I understand this situation must be very frustrating for you, however, unlike the credit card payment system, the cryptocurrency system is so extensive and complicated, that issues like this can easily occur. Sadly, once you send the transaction incorrectly, there is usually no way back. I hope you understand we cannot punish casinos for something that is not their mistake. The only thing I can do for you is to recommend being more careful next time.
