This is an awful casino and if it is infact licensed it certainly shouldn’t be. I was verified months ago and have deposited several times over the past few months. The first time I make a withdrawal it’s still not been paid after 7 days, they ignore emails, live chat keep saying they can’t help and to wait for the relevant department to contact me. Please don’t use this site, you will have your money illegally withheld.
Good morning, My name is Federico Romero Guiulfo. On February 3, I deposited 10 thousand PEN, that same day I reached a balance of 43 thousand PEN due to the fortune I had in the games they offer. For this, he had already passed the identity and address validation. It was when I tried to withdraw 20 thousand PEN that they wrote to me and requested my bank statement since the screenshots were not enough. My recent visit to Space Casino left me deeply disappointed, and I feel compelled to share the specifics of this regrettable experience.
The promotions and bonuses were a major letdown as well. They were not only miserly but came with absurdly high wagering requirements. It felt like they were setting up players for failure rather than providing genuine opportunities for fun and profit.
What made the whole experience even worse was their lack of customer support. It was nearly impossible to reach a live representative, and when I did, their responses were unhelpful and dismissive, leaving me more frustrated than before.
And don't even get me started on their withdrawal process. I had to wait an eternity to receive my funds, and the lack of communication from their end only added to the frustration.
I cannot recommend Space Casino to anyone. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for a more enjoyable and player-friendly experience.
