In-depth review

In this review, we break down Mr Green Casino. Our independent team used our casino review methodology to look at what stands out and what falls short. Our analysts went through the casino's Terms and Conditions, licenses, player complaints, support, and limits one by one. This helped them place this casino on a scale from safe and legit to a clear scam.

The casino's Safety Index, derived from these findings, provides a score reflecting online casino's safety and fairness. The greater the Safety Index, the higher the likelihood of playing and receiving your winnings smoothly. Mr Green Casino has a High Safety Index of 8.3, thus, it is a recommendable option for the majority of players as far as fairness and safety go. Carry on reading our Mr Green Casino review to make an informed decision whether or not this casino is the right fit for you.

Is Mr Green Casino fair and safe? Safety Index explained

We measure a casino's Safety Index by employing a multifaceted formula that takes into the account an abundance of information collected and evaluated in our complex review. These consist of the estimated size of the casino, its T&Cs, complaints from the players, blacklists, and many others.

In our Mr Green Casino review, we carefully went through and inspected the Terms and Conditions of Mr Green Casino. We noticed some rules or clauses, which were unfair, however, we do consider the T&Cs to be mostly fair. An unfair or predatory rule could potentially be leveraged to deny the players their rightful winnings, however, our findings for this casino were minor.

Considering our estimates and the factual data we have collected, Mr Green Casino appears to be a very large online casino. This casino has a low value of denied payouts in player complaints with respect to its size. In our evaluation, we factor in both the casinos' size and player complaints, recognizing that larger casinos, having more players, often face a higher number of complaints.

To our knowledge, Mr Green Casino is absent from any significant casino blacklists. In case a casino is featured on a blacklist, including our own Casino Guru blacklist, it's likely that the casino has committed wrongdoings towards its customers. Thus, we encourage players to bear this in mind when deciding on which online casino to play at.

All of that, together with other factors considered in our review, has resulted in Mr Green Casino having a Safety Index of 8.3, which is a High value. This casino is a recommendable option for most players who are in search of an online casino that is committed to fairness.

Note: To the best of our knowledge, Mr Green Casino is associated with 11 other online casinos. The Safety Index of Mr Green Casino takes into account the qualities of all the interconnected online casinos.

Mr Green Casino T&Cs reviewed

When reviewing online casinos, we thoroughly go over the Terms & Conditions of every casino in order to monitor their fairness. In T&Cs of many of them, we uncover clauses and rules which we consider unfair or outright predatory, as they give the casino the possibility to justify not paying out winnings to players in certain situations.

We found some questionable rules or clauses during our review, however, we consider the Terms and Conditions of Mr Green Casino to be mostly fair.

Note: Read through and explore our specific findings from the T&Cs check here.

Mr Green Casino player complaints

When it comes to our casino reviews, player complaints matter a great deal. They help us understand the real issues players face and how each casino deals with them. When calculating each casino's Safety Index, we consider all complaints submitted through our Complaint Resolution Center, as well as ones we collect from other sources.

We currently have 18 complaints directly about this casino in our database, as well as 141 complaints about other casinos related to it. Because of these complaints, we've given this casino 61,966 black points in total, out of which 20,729 come from related casinos. You can find more information about all of the complaints and black points in the 'Safety Index explained' part of this review.

Mr Green Casino user reviews and feedback

Casino Guru allows users to review and rate online casinos to share their experiences, views, and feedback. These allow us to calculate a general user feedback score that falls between Terrible and Excellent.

Based on the 22 user reviews of Mr Green Casino in our database, it has a Great User feedback score. The reviews are available on this page in the User reviews section.

Note: Remember that user reviews might not be the most accurate representation of the casino's quality. There have been cases of casinos writing fake reviews to improve their user feedback score. Alternatively, there have also been cases of dissatisfied players who left multiple negative reviews to damage the casino's reputation. We do our best to filter these out and calculate a representative user feedback score; however, just to be safe, we do not include user feedback in our Safety Index calculation.

That is why we always check these when reviewing casinos. The table below shows the casino's win and withdrawal limitations.

Note: It's possible that some of the payment methods listed may not be used for both deposits and withdrawals. Moreover, the availability of certain payment methods may change depending on your country.

Safety and fairness

Take a look at the explanation of factors that we consider when calculating the Safety Index rating of Mr Green Casino. The Safety Index is the main metric we use to describe the trustworthiness, fairness, and quality of all online casinos in our database.

Key metrics

Terms and conditions

Mostly fair

Issues found: 1

Show detailed analysis

We go over the terms and conditions of each casino and look for unfair rules that could potentially be used against players. Any clauses we consider to be unfair result in a lower Safety Index for the casino.

Casino size

Very big casinoVery big group

Bigger casinos are generally safer for players, because their high revenues allow them to pay out even very big wins without any issues and their quality has been proven by a large number of players. We take into account estimated revenues over the last 4 years and also consider revenues of related casinos.

Browse complaints

Player complaints signify that the casino does not treat players right or deal with certain situations correctly. We consider the number and seriousness of complaints in relation to the casino’s size, as it can be expected that sites with more players will also have more complaints.

Blacklists

None

If a casino appears on relevant blacklists, it is usually a sign that it has some negative qualities. We consider each blacklist and decrease the casino’s Safety Index based on our view of the situation and its seriousness.

Other factors

Neutral

There can also be other characteristics and qualities of a casino that influence its Safety Index, such as win limits, low withdrawal limits, fake games or licenses, bad or no customer support, a network of land-based shops, etc.

I've been waiting for my remaining payout for two months! I only found out the reason after inquiring. In those two months, I received two emails from support. They haven't responded to my inquiries. The first half was paid out without any problems, but I'm still waiting for the other half. Suddenly, I had to provide my bank details for verification. That was three weeks ago. That was the last time I played there.

My experience with the site has been overall positive. I got my free spins without depositing, and via the game Magic 8 I won 50 DKK, which could be used directly on cashbet and the game can even be played for free continuously, which is a definite plus.

The casino platform itself works well with a nice and user-friendly design. However, it is a bit annoying that you have to log in again when you go from the casino part to the sportsbook. It feels unnecessary and a bit old-fashioned.

On the other hand, the sports betting section is really solid in my opinion: good overview, good odds and generally a platform that makes it easy to follow your bets.

I deposited €400, played up to €1300 until suddenly my profile was blocked, the reason being that I had exceeded my loss limit. €100 remained in the account, which I then tried to withdraw. I received an email stating that the money had been returned to my Mr Green account because the IBAN was incorrect?! A second email stated that further documents were required and that I would send them. Since then...

I wouldn't recommend this casino anymore. Back in the day, it was still a good place to play at Mr. Green. Now it's very tedious and often frustrating. My favorite games aren't there anymore either. 100 spins per minute and 90% of them are duds. Every time and in every game. Unfortunately, the stated RTPs aren't accurate. I'm out of here.

From 3/8 to 8/8, was the time it took to verify my account. The documentation requirements they asked for at verification were quite demanding, but that's okay. The requirement varied depending on the agent I spoke to, which baffled me. However, upon meeting the requirements, they verified my account. A problem arose, as I communicated mainly via email, but at the same time, via text messages, they asked me for documents, warning me that they would block my account in "x" number of days if I did not present them. At the same time, on the same day I received the verification confirmation email, the deadline mentioned in the text message was met. A few hours later, they blocked my account that day. I contacted the complaint service by email and the next day they unblocked my account. It is a good casino, since I played, lost and won. I withdrew my winnings without problems. Their biggest drawback is communication, since they have a live chat that is "hidden" and is not available all day.
