The player from Netherlands has deposited money into his account, but the funds seem to be lost. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit anymore funds until the issue is sorted.
Could you please advise if you have contacted your payment provider? If there’s any relevant communication, please forward it along with the payment receipt to petronela.k@casino.guru.

I contact binance, but they tall me " funds was deduced and sent ".
Roobet tal me : We dont accept eth token, but they have it on their wallet of course. I know blockchain so i m not novice about it.
My funds was sent with binance smartchain, and roobet dont accept it. Its a mistake i reconize it but they can credit because they have my money 100%.
My eth lost ? Roobet scam ? They blocked me on chat because i never stop to claim my funds.
Please help me, i know it just 15 $ but its my first deposit on roobet for test platform
