I made a deposit after receiving a promotion stating that a bonus would be credited instantly and that any deposit amount qualifies.
My deposit was accepted, but the bonus was not applied. I contacted support immediately and was told the issue would be escalated to the promotions team.
However, I did not receive any follow-up or communication from that team and had to repeatedly contact support myself.
It has now been over 48 hours without a proper response.
I was later informed that a separate minimum deposit requirement applies, which contradicts the promotion stating no minimum deposit.
Additionally, I was told I must wager my deposit 3x before withdrawing, despite no bonus being applied.
I am not comfortable being required to wager my own deposit just to access my funds.
From my perspective, this creates a situation where deposits are accepted under one set of conditions but evaluated under another.
Based on other player feedback, it seems delays and unclear responses from support are not uncommon, which aligns with my experience.
My refund request is currently under review.

The Communication: A Farce of AI Bots and Ignorance The live chat experience itself feels like talking to a primitive AI chatbot. 99% of the time, you receive pre-written, standard replies that react to keywords but completely ignore the actual issue and the questions asked. You constantly have the feeling you are talking to a machine that is only programmed to stall you.
If you try to escalate the problem via email, you are completely ignored. I never received a single substantive reply to my formal email complaints, only promotional spam.
The Escalation: Complaint Leads to Punishment After my emails were ignored and the live chat was useless, I reported the casino to the responsible licensing authority in Curaçao. The retaliation from SpinsUp was swift and came in two stages:

So far this casino has been fun , good selection of games . Verification was fast and simple . I am just waiting for my first withdrawl . They said usually a few hours up to 72 … I am 12 hours in and nothing yet . So hopefully it goes through . I will come back and update if anything changes . I cannot understand the negative reviews, I deposited €240 and won €15,000, unfortunately I lost €5,000 again because I continued playing and was unsure due to the reviews whether the money would be paid out to me.
