Hello in like 2020 or 2021 i haved a account on roobet with username Pokemon55 i have lost around 3000$ in that account and i have deciced to request for pernament ban without chance for unban because i had gambling problems addiction they banned my account but after day two i asked for unban and they gived it to me? i just needed to say im no longer addicted to gamba how i can fix the gamba problem in 24 hours? after i lost more i took requested a ban again in 2023 like december i created a new account without any problems NO VPN same google chrome no cleared cookies or whatever and i lost again more than 10k$ on that account i requested again a perma ban and i clearly stated i have gambling problems they banned me again and after 30 minutes i go to roobet and i was able to open new account with same informations for kyc and able to deposit? on this new account i have lost 200$ i would like to request fully refund of my losses because the casino didnt do their job i have 2 banned accounts and im able to create new accounts and gamble again ? how

also i have other few accounts where i deposited small amounts and lost every time and i just want to say on these accounts in the kyc menu where it ask for like name phone number street country i put like aufuwahfwauh ajawfaij and it was accepted and i didnt had any problems depositing? like how u dont even care for people who said they have gambling problems and continue to take their money

i have provided u with a photos where it says account locked i have all proof about everyting just lemme know what more u need

I just request to be completly banned from this casino and fully refund of my deposits or atleast 70% of it

The casino's rules regarding multiple accounts state:

4.11. You warrant to not have an existing Account on the Website, neither active nor banned. If you are uncertain if there is a connected/linked account, please contact our support team for assistance.

By creating a new account while you already have existing accounts you break the casino's rules.

If you informed the casino about struggling with gambling problems or gambling addiction, it's not apparent from the communication you provided so far.

And i just received unban again?

Not only that I have filled kyc level 1 with my own personal name /last name and i was banned on this account with username Pokemon55 self excluded but i was able to make new accounts and continue gambling? im not sure if i have put my real informations on the account on which i lost 15k$ but on my third one where i have like 600$ loss now i have put my real info so why did roobet didnt ban it after i put my real informations?

The player opened the account on Jul 30, 2019 and for multiple times requested to have his account banned and re-opened as per the screenshots the player already shared with you.


As you can see in all of the screenshots provided by the player, the same as never mentioned that he had a gambling addition or any gambling problem, he just requests to be "banned". Accordingly, the banned / closed account process was adopted and not the self-exclusion process since the player never mentioned "gambling addiction".


Furthermore, if we look at the tittle of the e-mails sent by the player "Ban", "Unban" or "I request perma ban I don’t wanna play on scam casinos", we can also see that the player was only requesting to close and not referring to any gambling addiction.


Self-Exclusion


As mentioned above, the player never requested self-exclusion, but just for its account to be banned / closed. Unfortunately, due to human error, when the player requested to re-open the account, our Support team adopted the responsible gambling process instead of the regular re-open account process, which created the misunderstanding in the communications, giving the impression that the player requested self-exclusion when that was not the case. The first time we received a communication from the player confirming he had a gambling addiction was in his recent communications that the player attached to this thread.

 

Multiple Accounts

As mentioned in our Terms of Service, we do accept multiple accounts as long as the player does inform us about the same and does not have an account closed due to gambling addiction, fraud or have abused our casino. In this case, since the player never mentioned his gambling addiction the same was allowed to create multiple accounts. However, looking at the player communications in this thread, the player as willingly tried to misuse the multiple accounts to abuse of our casino.


Conclusion

As per the above, it is our understanding that the player is not entitled to any refund since he did not request for self-exclusion and tried to misuse the website trough multiple accounts.

Even after i told u have gambling addiction on the account on which i lost over 10k$ i was still able to open and play on another account with the same Ip adress dont tell me u dont check the ip adresses and u can easy check if that is vpn ip adress or regular one so why u didnt stop me to play on the third account? ( which is not banned after u saw this complaint with 30$ in rewards to be claimed )

Even after i have told u about my gambling addiction i was still able to open account with same kyc details and same ip adress how is this possible? (im self banned forever on stake for same reasons ) and when i tried to open new account i havent even put my kyc details yet they banned the account only from the ip adress in matter of seconds but your site cant find my account even with filled kyc details same ip adress for few months and im free to gamble?

Roobet Customer Support just confirmed that if player ask for pernament ban (Self Ban)That is same like self exclusion and player is not welcomed to play on the casino with that account or other accounts anymore so the question is why did u allowed me to open new account same ip adress same kyc details and let me lose 10k$ +

Simply asking them for a permanent ban does not count as a proper request for self-exclusion due to a gambling problem. "Banned"(in this case closed) accounts can be reopened anytime, meanwhile permanently self-excluded players should not be allowed to reopen or create new accounts.

Hello michael the timer went off again but i can wait its not a problem i want from u to take a look of the proof i have provided

I have provided proof that i requested on the first account self ban pernament one i was given unban i requested again self ban pernament on the first account and stated without options for unban and i was given also unban


Their support stated if i just said i want perma ban and not mention any gambling problems that still counts as self excluded player and if detected to open new account he gets banned instant which didnt happend in my case

i opened second accound all same details same ip and not banned and i lost 10k$ + and i have clearly stated on that account i want self perma ban reason=gambling addiction

And yet i was allowed to open a third account again same ip adress same kyc details and lose more than 700$

Michael i dont know what u mean did they ever received informations about me that im gambling addicted in the latest pictures u can clearly see that their email support confirmed that im gambling addicted banned and there will no be unban and the second screenshot is from support ticket when i asked for ban gambling addicted stated clearly and they didnt send the wole conversation but just 1 message despite me asking to get all of my support tickets they never send them i have also privatley asked roobet in email to solve this issues in private if they want but no repsonse was given even after 15 days and 5+ times asking their onsite support for someone to respond to my email

I have come to a conclusion that there is no refund to be made in this case. The player never mentioned gambling addiction in his requests, he only mentioned "ban" and "unban", which has nothing to do with self-exclusion. Simple account closure can be lifted anytime, meanwhile, self-exclusion can not. Clearly informing the casino about gambling addiction is the key to making the process as fast and effective as possible.


When it comes to the multiple accounts situation, the casino stated in their reply the following information: "As mentioned in our Terms of Service, we do accept multiple accounts as long as the player does inform us about the same and does not have an account closed due to gambling addiction, fraud or have abused our casino. In this case, since the player never mentioned his gambling addiction the same was allowed to create multiple accounts. However, looking at the player communications in this thread, the player as willingly tried to misuse the multiple accounts to abuse of our casino." This answers the player's question as to why they were able to open multiple accounts.


Due to the aforementioned reasons, this complaint will now be rejected. Thank you for your understanding, I am sorry we could not be of more help on this occasion. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you run into any issues with this or any other casino in the future.

Addiction Statement

As you can see, our previous investigation only focused on the Pokemon55 account, which is why we did not considered the statements made on the account happynewyear24. However, even if we consider those cases, we do believe that it does not change our understanding about this complaint and the fact that the player is not entitled to any refund.


Historical Facts


The player opened the account Pokemon55 on July 30th of 2019 and played on our website. For some reason, the player also decided to open a second account, happynewyear24 on the December 30th of 2023.


While using both accounts, the player contacted us on the 29th of January of 2024, through his happynewyear24 account to inform that he had a gambling problem, which lead to his account being closed due to responsible gambling. It happens that due to human error, the account Pokemon55 should have also been closed on that day. Error that we do assume from our end.


However, when we perform an assessment on Pokemon55 account we can see that the account has not been active since the 10th of December 2022, more than 1 year before the event of the player account being closed. As you can see per the attached image, the player last deposit was on the 10th December of 2022.



Conclusion


Attending to the above we can take the following conclusions:

a) Yes, there was a human error from our end, but we managed to fix it and close the Pokemon55 account before the player could use it;

b) Did the player suffer any loss? No, cause the player did not deposit or used the Pokemon55 account after 29th January 2024.


Additional Information


Aside from the accounts mention on the player complaint he tried to open 2 more accounts on our website:


newhere23232 - This is the only account where we recognize that the player might have a point since he opened it on the July 2024 and managed to deposit and lost 508.72 USD which we are willing to refund.


testaccount232 - Which he tried to opened on the September 2024 and was automatically closed without the player being able to use it.


We do recognize our errors, but we do believe that the players also need to responsible for their own, and as it can be seen through this complaint, the player is acting in bad faith and willingly trying to find all the possible means to try to exploit our website and ways to continue to open new accounts. This kind of practice should also be condemn and this case should be an example.

The account newhere23232 was opened after i was rejected from getting unban on the account happynewyear24 if u had good system working one i would never would be able to play on it and i think the loss amounths is 700 not 500 but im not completly sure

First of all, it is important to mention that if we are talking about refunds regarding self-exclusion cases like this one, the only sum that would be considered refundable (if the claim for it is legitimate) are the deposits made during the self-exclusion process. We can not and will not quantify any sum owed for "causing stress" or anything like that.


Regarding this complaint, it is imperative, and I am sure it would help you in the future, to understand that when you say, "Please, ban my account without the option for unban," that does not necessarily mean the casinos will treat such a request as a self-exclusion request. If you would instead state clearly, and immediately, that you with to self-exclude yourself due to gambling addiction, things would be much more clear for all parties involved.


Another thing is, you deliberately tried to exploit the casino by creating another account, just for the sake ofproving your point in this complaint, which is supported by the facts of 1.) the name of the account - testaccount232 and 2.) the date of account creation - September 2024, at the time of this ongoing complaint.


As the casino has stated, your account Pokemon55 was closed (although much later, which the casino admitted) without any deposits made since you have informed the casino of your problem. The only account, that the casino is willing to refund you for is for the account newhere23232. I would strongly advise you to accept this refund and not contest any more funds, because, from my perspective, and due to the enormous amount of (mostly irrelevant) information in this thread, and also the evidence provided both by you and by the casino, these are the only funds you are entitled to. After this happens, the complaint will be closed.

We asked the player to mentioned all that he had with us so that we can added it to the agreement. The happynewyear24 will also be added into the agreement.


The thing is that the player is also asking for a refund for this account and as mentioned above, we already agreed that he is not entitled to.


Another aspect is that we do agree to pay the refund but we want the player to warrant that he has been refunded from all losses, since we already agreed that only newhere23232 is the account that shall be refunded. However, the player refuses to accept this.

I am asking you for one last response to the player's latest post. Will you be updating or changing the agreement in any way? If the player decides not to sign the agreement, the complaint will be rejected, as per his wish.

Hi Michal,


As pee the above evidence, we will not refund more that the 508.72 USD already offered. We can give 600 USD if the player wants, but that is it. We do believe we have done all the efforts to solve this situation but the player continues to ask for unreasonable amounts that he is not entitled to.


From our end we can change the agreement and add all accounts. We sent an e-mail requesting all accounts that he has so that we can add them in the agreement. Now it is up to the player to accept or not our offer.

U can keep those 600$ i dont want them i want refund of the second account thats it casino guru ruled in your favor which is ok


I assume u dont want to change the agreeement like the player can continue by legal actions or any other ways for the account happynewyear24 and losses he got


just say it clear we dont want to change the agreement in that way and we are done here


I file complaint to your licence regulator and thats it + il add some nice videos of how your sponsored streamers are saying to their players to put fake kyc details so the kyc system can be bypassed and play (this informaiton was transfered to you and u didnt act in any way )

Last night one of your biggest streamer says it publicly i was gambling while i was in banned country and lost couple hunderds k$


And for what reason casino guru the evidence i showed above that their streamers are teachting the players to put fake kyc details was put in private? there are no private names emails or anyting ? let everyone see it

The fact that the streamers provide such information does not mean they have been instructed by the casino, or that the casino is responsible for this in any way. That's between the casino and the streamer.


As I have mentioned in my previous reply, since you refused to sign the agreement with the casino, this complaint will now be rejected.
