The player from Mexico had deposited 150 EUR, won 4023 EUR but faced issues with the withdrawal of funds. Despite multiple attempts to contact support, their balance remained pending and withdrawal was still under review. The player's account had been verified since December 30, 2023, and the last communication with the casino was on April 14, 2024, when the casino informed them that their case was being reviewed by the finance department. The issue was eventually resolved with the player receiving their winnings in full. We had marked the complaint as 'resolved'.

hi!

I deposited 150 EUR from my binance account and played in the casino and won 4023 EUR. I caimed a withdrawal of 200 EUR , and wrote several times, but my balance is still pending. I claimed another 500 EUR, and there is no progress as well. I wrote several times to the support agents, but they always telling the the withdrawal is on the review.

I played in this casino since 2020 and there were no issues like this before.

Yes, my account is verified since 30 December 2023. I have and email as a proof.


Last time had a chat with support 14.04 and they said: " We are sorry for the delays but they are still reviewing your case, we have already escalated this to the finance department so they can review it as soon as possible."


Usually they are telling the same.
