The player from the UK was experiencing difficulties withdrawing funds. He passed the verification, requested the withdrawal, but it was canceled and funds were returned back to his account. The casino later informed us that the player's withdrawal was approved and processed. However, even though we assumed that the issue had been resolved, without a confirmation from the player, we were forced to reject this complaint.

I have deposited over 250 pounds to rainbow spins. I then wanted to withdraw 40 pound which they said I need to make a deposit Via card as I previously deposited via phone, I then deposited another ten pound via card then they said I need to be verified which I verified over three times over 5 emails. I finally had an email saying account has been verified. I then withdrew the now 50 pound balance but with drew 47,50 as it’s said 2.50 will be taken from the amount to process the withdrawal. After waiting another two days of the withdrawal pending they placed the money back into my playing balance with no email of explanation , I have now requested another withdrawal of 47 and sent emails and I’ve heard nothing back.

Hi there , thanks for your reply. No I accumulated it with the money I deposited. I have deposited over 250/300 . I deposited this week 20 pounds then 5 pounds then 30 pounds and from that I withdrew originally 47.50 which they rejected and then I withdrew 47. The money is real balance not bonus.

What’s happening with this, I wrote to the company they said they wanted phone bill , I have now sent them phone bill , Photo ID , bank statement , and proof of PayPal account and now they’re still cancelling my withdrawals, I’ve emailed them around ten times asking if they’ve received my phone bill proof they haven’t emailed back since Friday since asking for it and since I’ve sent it, now I’m still unverified . This company seems to not want to verify my account and payout my withdrawal yet they was happy to take hundreds of pound in deposits without proof of anything. What is my situation now as I want my withdrawal and then will never use this company rainbow spins again.
