The casino’s terms clearly state their turnaround times to process a withdrawal. I requested my withdrawal on 3/24 and it was approved on 3/31. Payout times state that it takes 7-10 business days from the day it’s approved to be sent out. The 10th day came and went and I have not gotten my payout. I contacted support and I’m told to check back another day which means I won’t get anything until I’m in my fourth week of waiting even though their timeframes were not honored or abided by on their end. I’m beyond angry because no one can tell me exactly when I’ll get my payout. I’m simply told they will escalate the issue and that I can check back In a day or so. I need that money now as stated in their terms.

i Also have two other withdrawals pending, both requested on 4/1. Per the casino terms, each withdrawal request will be reviewed within 7 business days. It’s now 10 business days and nothing has been done. Completely uncalled for. I even emailed the finance team 2 days ago and have received a response from them. If a fast payout is needed, this is not the way to get it. Withdrawal times are extremely slow and they do not honor they’re own timeframes.

I’m very much aware of their timeframes. However, they’ve exceeded those time frames. Everytime I talk to someone I’m told it’s been escalated and to chat back on Monday. today was only Thursday so why would I have to wait till Monday for an update. I was told the delay was due to unforeseen circumstances. I have withdrawn from them before and it only took 10 days to receive my winnings from the day I requested it to the day I got my money. It has now been over three weeks, heading into the fourth week for no reason. I’ve emailed the payment area several times with no response. I have several conversations saved via email transcript with the casino. They’re very long so I’m not sure if attaching them is wise. I can certainly email them. As per my original writing, my winnings should’ve been paid out on Wednesday, 4/14 which was the 10th business day since it was approved on 3/31. I’m told they cannot contact the payment area. I even spoke to a supervisor that couldn’t help me any more then an agent. And no one can give me even an approximate timeframe as to when I’ll finally get my funds. And.... I have two pending withdrawals that haven’t

even been touched and they are both on the eleventh business day when they’re supposed to be complete by the 7th business day in their terms. I’m made to follow the terms so why aren’t they? There’s just no excuse for what happening here. I was paid gayer in October during covid then I am right now. Someone is not doing their job and I’m the one at the short end of the stick. They do not care about their customers.

My Withdrawal request is a bitcoin transaction so it should be quick and easy to process. They acknowledged two weeks ago that they received the bitcoin address and that my payment would be processed as soon as it was approved. That never happened
