I requested a withdrawal on 9/14 for $2,000 and have been in constant communication with casino and VIP host Ethan, I have been told week after week my withdrawal has been escalated since it was delayed to the manager approval and that it should be submitted by finance any day. It has been weeks of that same conversation. I have already received one withdrawal from casino earlier in the month for $1,000. I have deposited over $10,000 on this casino in about 45 days since I signed up so I’m not sure why they are giving me the run around now.

Hello, I was just told that my withdrawal was delayed by my VIP host. He said he already escalated it and got approval by the manager and that it should be processed any day but that has been the same conversation the past couple weeks in a row. The bonus portion of the funds was already deducted from my balance when withdrawing and the bonus code utilized had no max cash out and no play through requirements. No issues with prior withdrawal it took the normal long timeframe of 7-10 business days to process and then another 7-10 business days to receive payment but currently from my withdrawal on 9/14 it has been 20 business days and no update on it even processed. Please let me know what further information I can provide. Thank you for you help!

We would like to ask the casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.

Please disregard request. VIP host reached out to me and stated that the bonus claims no table games can be played and since I played some table games my whole amount is voided. I would highly suggest anyone gambling make sure all the rules are understood before depositing any money because it will not stop you from playing something that will void your entire winnings.
