I had to use some HooYu site they sent me to do all my account verification. Also I haven't been able to log into the site for over a day cause it was under maintenance. Now when I log o the site it has no record of transactions under my name at all it makes no sense. When I clicked on withdrawal it popped up saying I need to verify my account but I already did that days ago and said I was accepted

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

I am sorry for not responding yes case seems to be settled cause I have some more money in my Bitcoin wallet however can you ask them to verify they paid me cause when I go on the site it hasn't shown that we have had any transactions period so far
