The player from Alabama alleges that the customer support representatives have made a mistake costing him money. Furthermore, he has been blocked from live chat communication and he yet to receive a refund. The complaint was rejected as the player refused to cooperate with us.

Edilson Wood and Jessica Sosa of the customer support have went out of their way to cover up a mistake that caused me money. They completely blocked me on chat so I can’t talk to their boss. They give me wrong email. And have not given me my money back

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? How many times did this issue occur? Do you see those bets in your betting history? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Please keep in mind that even if the game froze, the bet was still active and the outcome is relevant if it's stated in your betting history. Such issues may occur anytime in any casino and the casino is not responsible for such technical issues, the bets are however still relevant.

Yes I’m verified and have been since late last year. I can NOT see it in my bet history. I have NOT been able to talk to casino cause they blocked me and I emailed support and it’s been over 72 hours and no reply. I understand the things about if it froze. But on it should still be in my bet history, 2 even if it frozen the first hand I had issue with I had 4 hands betting 2 dollars a piece, and each hand had a dollar insaurnce in case dealer blackjack. Also I had 2 black Jack on that hand. Meaning it was impossible for me to not have received some money back and I got nothing.
