The player from Ireland had been unable to access her Prince Ali account because she hadn't received a verification email despite contacting support multiple times. Despite the player's request for intervention, we had concluded that there was no need to invite the casino to respond as the player had no balance in her account. We had advised the player to consider switching to a different casino due to the initial issues she encountered. The complaint was subsequently closed.

I signed up to Prince Ali over a week ago. I am unable to access the account as the verification email has not been sent.


I have emailed support multiple times but they have not sent it to me.


I need some help with contacting them.

No, I have never got the verification email through. So I just can't get in.

If it's simply not working, try to look for a different casino. Unless you have any balance there, you can simply switch to a different casino and I would not even recommend to play here if you are already experiencing issues from the beginning.

Hello kellymagill,

Unfortunately, there is no reason to invite the casino as you had no balance there. They can basically even close your account without any reason given.

I would really recommend to chose a different casino as why would you even play somewhere where you already experiencing issues?
