Hi there, I think this primebetz.com is a little bit of scam, I deposited 5-7 thousand euros with not much verification and won 54.000€, till today I still can t believe I won this much on a site like this. Fast forward, they verified my account I sent them every document they needed and they started to process my money(1500€/week, very low withdrawal limit, but I was ok with that as long as I thought that I l get 1500 every week, poor me) after 2 or 3 successfull withdrawals the problem started to appear, they won t send my money the same day of the week, I find myself needing to wait 2-3 weeks for a weekly withdrawal of 1500, and that s not everything, middle of July, they decided to verify me again, till this day I don t know why, sent them the documents, they done the verification again, got 3000 in two weeks, all good until they decided that I deed a new verification(end of July) I wrote them like 2-3 emails 2-3 days apart, asking them why is this happening, never got my response, sent them again all the documents, 2 weeks since, still not verified, support never answers my emails and I some guys in the live chat keep telling me the same thing:"I got in touch with the support team and told them to verify the documents, I ll keep following on this one, you ll get the confirmation by email when the account verification is complete". Now I find myself in the position to write this story to you, I may never get my money from this casino but I will try my best to tell everybody to not play on this casino, they are very poor. I wanted to ask you if there is any commission in Europe where I can make a complaint atleast to withdraw their license in Europe. Thank you very much for listening to me. Have a nice day.
