The player's deposit did not arrive into his casino account for unknown reason. The complaint was closed as the player stopped responding.
Registered at the Casino, decided to replenish my balance by 1000 Usdt to play slots. Transferred money, but they did not appear on the balance sheet. I started writing in support, they answered me that since I did not take into account the commission of 1 Usdt, they will not appear on my balance sheet, and within 24 hours I will receive a letter from the provider on how to get the funds back. After 24 hours, the email still hasn't arrived. In the chat they already answer that you look in the mail and do not say the time. Please help me get my money back

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.
If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.
