Hi I made a deposit last week and redeemed the crocobonus with that I ended up winning I tried to cashout the max cashout amount which was 250$ now it’s saying It’s declined because I didn’t deposit Inbetween however in order to even get the bonus you have to deposit, other than that on the coupon it says deposit once a week get a free coupon I deposited got the coupon and they took the money and declined the withdraw I just need to know if you guys can help me get least some of the money back at all.

Could you please specify which bonus you activated after making your deposit to the casino? Was it a deposit-related bonus, or a free bonus? Please send the exact link or a screenshot of the bonus here and kindly upload a screenshot of your bonus history for our reference as well.

Additionally, have you activated multiple free bonuses consecutively after your deposit last week?

Have you made any successful withdrawals from this casino before?

Could you kindly advise if you passed the full KYC verification?

I have never been able to successfully get a win from this casino no and yes I used another free bonus but I thought because it was the deposit once a week it already counted as a deposit

Thank you for the screenshots. Could you please specify when exactly you made the deposit to the casino and what the amount you deposited was?

Also, in the transaction history you sent here, I can see that you requested the CROCOBOOST bonus on the 3rd and on the 4th of October. Does it mean that you received the $100 bonus twice?
