The player from Australia accumulated winnings with a bonus. The casino later informed the player that the bonus had a maximum cashout limit. The complaint was rejected because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I had played out all bonuses they took thousands off me then I got up to 14000 that I was told was mine to with draw but after weeks getting no where the withdrawal was approved then last minute they said that it was a bonus with a max cash out of 200 dollars the free 100 I used was after the request withdrawal was approved but I am now about to go in for brain surgery so don't have time to seek legal advise and sue them
