I deposited. $300 no max cash out with $900 in bonus. Played down to nothing won $7500. They say I mixed funds. All I did was deposit after deposit.

From the forwarded screenshot I could identify that you have had three pending withdrawals and an active balance of $0,39 when you deposited again and redeemed another promotional offer, is that correct? Is this the issue? If not, could you please forward more detailed cashier and bonus histories along with any relevant communication to petronela.k@casino.guru?
